What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 unit for stock models. For OEM / ODM customized models, the MOQ is usually 50–100 units depending on the customization scope (enclosure, BIOS, branding).
Can you provide OEM / ODM services?
Yes. We customize enclosures, interfaces, BIOS and logo branding for industrial motherboards, mini PCs and all-in-one PCs. Send us your requirements and our engineering team will reply within 24 hours.
What is the lead time for orders?
Stock models ship in 1–3 business days. Customized / OEM orders usually take 7–15 business days depending on quantity and customization scope.
What is your warranty policy?
All products come with a 2-year warranty. We provide free replacement for defective units during the warranty period, and lifetime technical support for all products.
Which operating systems do you support?
Windows 10 / 11, Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS) and Android depending on the model. We can pre-install the OS and your software image before shipping.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, PayPal, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance are accepted. For sample orders, full payment is required before production; for bulk orders, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, samples are available for quality testing before bulk orders. Sample cost is refundable when the formal order reaches our MOQ.
How are goods shipped and how long does delivery take?
We ship by DHL / FedEx / UPS express (3–7 days), or by air / sea for bulk orders. We also support shipping to your designated forwarder.
